We do our homework.

In accordance with the individual customer’s needs, following initial consultations, we get straight to the lab where we do our “homework" and devise a solution that will reflect what that customer is looking for. It could be a simple and straightforward request where time is the critical variable. Or it could be a complex one, including research and development and several phases of upscaling. Whatever it is, we will deliver.

Getting everyone on board.

Once the offer for a product, service or solution has been presented to the customer, we will discuss the pros and cons of each option. Rarely do we get everything right the first time, but, by keeping at it, we eventually find an optimal solution that everyone can get on board with. We want our customers to be satisfied and to succeed, and we provide every resource we have to make sure both happen.

From laboratory to factory.

At Draslovka Holding B.V., the walk from the laboratory to the production line is a short one, but getting there with a new product is a long and bumpy road. Before this can happen, we need to be 100% certain that the solution for our customer is the best possible one, and the customer needs to have complete confidence in us delivering that product. Only then may production go forth.
